How did it all begin?
MakeADeal began because I was tired of wasting time scrolling through hundreds of Facebook groups, investor chats, and scattered wholesaler threads just to find a real cash buyer or someone interested in a deal. Everything felt messy, unorganized, and unreliable. There was no single place where wholesalers, fix-and-flippers, and investors could connect quickly, evaluate opportunities, and move on real estate deals without the chaos. So, I built MakeADeal; a clean, focused marketplace designed to bring speed, clarity, and serious buyers back into the process
What is our mission?
Our mission is simple: Make real estate deal-making faster, easier, and more transparent for everyone involved. We want to take an industry that’s dominated by confusion and spam and replace it with a real community of investors, a streamlined place to showcase deals, space where both new and experienced wholesalers can thrive, and a platform built on transparency, not gatekeeping. MakeADeal aims to make the real estate investment world better by eliminating friction, connecting people who actually want to work together, and giving everyone the tools to evaluate deals with confidence.

Who is Behind MakeADeal?
I’m Zachary Spivey, an economics major turned real estate entrepreneur. When I first entered wholesaling, I found myself lost in a sea of misinformation, overpriced “mentors,” and people selling the dream instead of real solutions. I spent money I didn’t have, trusted the wrong sources, and learned the hard way that the wholesaling space is full of noise that gets in the way of genuine opportunity. MakeADeal was born from that experience. I wanted to build a platform that cuts through the confusion and brings buyers and wholesalers together in a way that’s transparent, honest, and actually useful. No hype, no fake gurus, just real people finding real deals. My goal is to ensure you never have to go through the same frustrations I did when starting out.
